It looks like Common isn't about to back down from the comments he made about Drake on his The Dreamer, The Believer cut "Sweet". After Drake shot back at him over the weekend at a concert in Vegas, Com went on Sway In The Morning yesterday to confirm that his verse on "Sweet" is in fact about Drake and other artists in his "category". Ok so here’s the deal! Millionaire fight fan Dominic Marrocco purchased Mike Tyson’s Las Vegas home (photo’d above) for $4million. Mr. Marracco is now owner of the sprawling estate including two mansions, each with nine bedrooms, two swimming pools, a sports court, a balcony complete with boxing mural, two hot tubs, three saunas, boxing ring, and a huge garage to house some 18 cars.
Mr. Marracco is a self made Leeds-based Internet entrepreneur from what the specs tell me online. Back in 2004, Marracco completed a deal worth more than $20 million to buy network business 186k.
So it looks like Mr. Marrocco has decided to FLIP the place for a cool $21 million. I’m going to be honest, I’m not sure this property or even the area will hold that kinda price tag. It’s a bit MUCH! I previously lived in Las Vegas during my high school years and I lived in very close proximity from Tyson’s property. The house surprisingly is not located in a gated community. It sits on a public street just east of Wayne Newton’s place. When you arrive outside the front gates, you can minimally see the home sitting far back. It’s a mother of a house.
Tyson’s former home sits on 9.86 acres. The residence is 11,381 sq. ft, 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths.
As of right now, the Las Vegas Real Estate Group, Shapiro & Sher are the only agents listing the home.

Mike Tyson’s Former mansion in Southington, Ohio has been abandoned by a family called the Monea family. From the research I have gathered, the Monea family were either managers or financial partners in some way with Mr. Tyson.
The property, a total of 60 acres, is currently sitting abandoned in this desolate area. Tyson’s former home is a very large 10,000 sq. feet with 5 bedrooms. Indoor pool, lavish bathrooms, big chef’s kitchen, 6+ car garages, large entertainment room. Although the property is fully gated, the photos clearly exhibit signs of vandalism and forced entry. I mean those TEE’s have got to be a few $100 bucks each. I was checkin’ out Kanye West’s blog, and he featured this photo of DIGGY. He is poppin’ with this Lil’ Wayne number.
I saw a scarf at the Boston H&M yesterday just like that. I was tempted to buy it, but I figured it could only be rocked in a place like Boston or NY.

Reports have surfaced that 50 Cent is retiring from his career as a Rap artist.
According to the report, 50 Cent is having difficulties with his record label Interscope.
A very “high level” source told MediaTakeOut.com that 50 cent is seriously considering retiring.
This is definately not going to be the last of Mr. 50. 50 Cent’s latest performance in ‘Righteous Kill’ is said to be outstanding.
Sources reveal, “After critics see Curtis Jackson in the film, he won’t have ot rap anymore.”
Well….let’s see how G-Units album ranks.
GOSSIP: According to Real Estate Gossip, 50 Cent still has his very large, 50,000 sq. ft. home in Farmington, CT on the market.

say it isn’t true…
It looks like Florida rapper, aka “King of the South”, Rick Ross, has found himself talking about some past occupations. TheSmokingGun.com published reports and pictures of Rick Ross in the early 90′s working as an officer for the Florida Department of Corrections.
A photo of what looks like younger Ross in full uniform was also posted on the web site and is said to have been taken at his graduation from the D.O.C. academy.
Just a few days ago, a video leaked of Ross on the internet where a male voice confronted him asking him about the rumors and urban-legend-type talk among some music industry insiders.
“It’s no truth to it,” Ross flatly denied on the video.

I was just thinking about ‘The Hills’ and realized one of the last episodes of last season followed Ms. Audrina and her “friend” Justin Bobby around LA to look at apartments.
So Audrina is checking out places of her own? Is she still planning on moving out?
After all, she is living at LC’s home, in her GUEST HOUSE. I would feel pretty damn powerless.
Just last week, it was reported that moving trucks were outside of Lauren Conrad’s LA home where Lo & Audrina also both live. Audrina’s publicist later was asked if it was Audrina who was moving out, apparently Audrina is still at the house with the girls “working things out”.

HELLO WORLD! Welcome to yet another great WEEK!
So…….MTV’s, ‘The Hills’ will be premiering season 4 on August 18th at 10pm!
Are you ready for yet another season of THE HILLS??? I know there aren’t too many guys out there that are probably that interested in watching this stuff. But it makes for pretty good reality TV. Or what of it is actually reality, I guess you could say. Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge, & Heidi Montag are all pretty good lookin’ chicks. Some of which I believe are still in college like myself. HA!
So…I’m sure for the masses of you guys that keep up on The Hills, a lot took place last season. Things are not looking too good for Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad. Lauren & Lo just invited Audrina to move into their new LA home, and it seems that there just isn’t enough time to include Audrina in all their busy plans.
LO & LC bought a dog, they have setup their home to their likings, but neither of the two have ventured into the OTHER roommates guest house, that being of course Ms. Audrina Patridge.
I don’t think Lo or LC should mess with Audrina. Have you seen that chick ridin’ on the back of motorcycles?

i was pretty damn excited the other night when ‘Run’s House’ finally premiered their new season.
Everyone in this family is doing big things. jesh!
Here’s the scoop on the family: (I’m not going to give too much away, so don’t worry if u missed it!)
Russell Simmons II aka “Russy” is starting to become quite the cook for Run’s house. This kid was making veggie burgers and even served FRUIT as the side dish! haha!
Daniel aka “Diggy” is stickin’ to his BALLER ways. I think he is the next designer in the family.
Angela & Vanessa are for sure doin some big things! The two are happily living in LA now working on their sneaker/clothing line PASTRY. its a pretty hot thing!
Jojo and his ‘Team Blackout’ are definitely taking their talent to the next level. They want Angela to hook them up with a cover on her magazine, just like daddy Run and his team did back in the day.
And as for Run & Ms. Justine, they have their hands full with their new baby Mylie. Boy is she cute!

this was already coming. We all knew Kevin would win this one.
Kevin Federline and Britney Spears’ custody battle is finally over. It has been reported that Ms. Spears agreed to give Federline sole custody of their boys Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden, 1 1/2.
Kevin’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan said this over the hearing, “Kevin’s goal was not to get custody. Kevin’s goal was to set up some kind of template so the mother of his children can co-parent.”
Spears currently had monitored, twice-a-week visitation and one overnight visitation per week.
i think Ms. Brit is headed in the right direction.

Khloe Kardashian arrived at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood County, CA at 8:52a.m. At approximately 10:25a.m., Khloe entered the jail.
By 1:29 p.m. Khloe Kardashian was a free woman. Khloe spent all of 173 minutes behind bars.
Khloe’s agenda for tonight? Celebrating her INDEPENDENCE!!
