Andy Dick was arrested early this morning for investigation of drug use and sexual battery after the comedian allegedly pulled down a teenager’s top, police said.

Dick was released from a detention center after posting his $5,000 bail.

Apparently from what happened, Police were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Murrieta at around 1:13 a.m. to investigate a report of “an intoxicated male” urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance.

Oh and get this, Weed and the drug Xanax were found in his pants pocket during the search.

This 42-year old comedian was booked on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

this is probably going to hurt his future gigs and endevours.

not a smart move Mr. Dick!

It’s confirmed by her manager Larry Rudolph and her record label Jive Records, that Ms. Britney Spears is spending her summer recording in the studio for her new album.

MTV  spoke with Rodney Jerkins just a few weeks ago about his work with Britney on this new album. Jerkins spoke about two songs he is producing for Britney stating the songs are “very dance-y, reallly up-tempo, in the clubs, real aggressive, catchy and very hook friendly.”

Quick question, what ever happened to those odd fellows she was hanging out with only a few months back? Osama Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib?

From what I last remember, Around December of 07′ , Adnan Ghalib was on Entertainment Tonight talking about his “relationship” with Ms. Britney, talking openly about her mental state and their sexual relations. I think the last straw for Brit’s family was filing some sort of court order to end all communication with those crazy men. I think Lutfi was “managing” her at one point last year, but he hasn’t been seen since.

I would have thought these boys would have come back for some prime TV time?

it looks like Papa Jamie Spears is really holding down the order in this family. Let’s hope Brit can produce a really great album and start rebuilding her career.

So according to reports, Lauren Conrad has been dropped by Kitson Boutique in L.A., because apparently her merchandise just isn’t selling anymore.

Kitson’s store owner Fraser Ross commented on the decision, “Sales were lackluster. Initially it was great.”

Ross says he tried to get MTV starlet to do a personal appearance in the store, but her people could never find the time.

Ross said, “They need to realize it’s no different than selling your album, your TV shows, your movies. You have to keep promoting.”

LC launches her clothing line, and then jumps ship?

LC— it doesn’t exactly work that way in the real world.

Ms. Jessica Alba is on the new cover of Ok Magazine introducing her new baby to the world!

Jessica & her hubby Cash Warren welcomed their daughter, Honor Marie Warren on June 7.

Apparently Jessica had a very calm and easy birth. Jessica told the mag, “I didn’t scream. It was really Zen.”

you didn’t scream at all??? damn

Cash even commented on it by saying, “She didn’t make a sound. It was amazing.”

As for baby Honor, Jessica says ” She dreams, she smiles, and coos and does all these things, but she hasn’t seen enouhg of the world yet to understand any of that stuff. So I still feel like she’s connected to the other world, or something. There’s no other way to explain it. It’s a miracle.”

So yeah, I have to admit. She looks like she’s about to bust out of that top.

The blonde look isn’t looking too bad, and I think she has actually done something good with her nose. Can you tell? It looks a bit more o-natural.

According to reports, Ms. Paris Hilton is pretty darn annoyed and pissed off about all the recent rumors that have been circulating on the net about her.

One rumor in specific is The New Post’s ‘Page Six’ which told a story of Nicole Richie getting ticked off when Paris moved into boyfriend Benji Madden’s Glendale, CA neighborhood.

Paris said she’s “tired of not commenting on the rumors I hear and I think it’s fair for you to know the truth. The rash of false headlines is “not fair because these lies then spread like wildfire online and people begin to believe they are true, just because they read the same story on so many different sites.”

Paris ended her rant by saying that she is “thankful that I know who my true friends and colleagues are, and I encourage my fans to ignore worthless stories like this.
