Jen Garner & Ben Affleck are currently preparing for the birth of their second child. What better to do then slap down $16 million on a house in Brentwood, Cali.
UsMagazine broke the news of the purchase of this massive 9,900-square-foot traditional-style home. The pad includes 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, 6 fireplaces, a wine cellar, pool, library, and 3-car garage.
