Chris Brown just can’t catch a break these days.
Prior to last nights BET awards in Los Angeles, Mr. Brown was supposed to perform a Michael Jackson tribute.
that performance however never took place, and you can blame Jay-Z for all of it!
Looks like Jay-Z still isn’t warming up to Chris after his incident with Rihanna, so Jay contacted BET and told them that if Chris were to perform he and Beyonce would not perform as scheduled.
Chris ended up not taking the stage last night, while Jay and Beyonce enjoyed all eyes on them.
Chris does have some killer MJ moves.

According to the Global Grind, Jordan Chandler, the little boy that was the center of Michael Jackson’s 1993 molestation case says he was never touched by Michael.
Jordan Chandler admits that he lied about Michael for his father’s sake. Chandler says his family was invited to Michael’s home during hard times.
Chandler says “I never meant to lie and destroy Michael Jackson but my father made me to tell only lies. Now I can’t tell Michael how much I’m sorry and if he will forgive me.”
Chandler says his father wanted him to lie about what happened mainly because the family was very poor at the time.
Sad part is, the family settled out of court for an estimated $22 million. Jackson’s legal team thought it would be a good idea to pay the family off in order to stay away from a ugly court battle and information that might ruin Michael’s career.
So sad that after all these years of lies and ignorance, the truth has come out and Michael cannot receive the apology and privacy he deserves.

Katherine Jackson has been granted temporary guardianship of Michael Jackson’s children.
The Jackson family will have to appear in court next week for a hearing on the future of the kids.
It was revealed that Katherine said that she would allow Michael’s kids to go back to their mother Debbie Rowe but felt that wouldn’t work because the children do not know their mother.
Although it was reported that Debbie Rowe gave a recent interview stating that she wants nothing to do with her children, that interview is said to be fabricated her lawyer says.
As we know of right now, Debbie Rowe is still the legal guardian of their children because it was not official back in the 90′s when Debbie supposedly signed over her parental rights to Michael.

Sorry pal, the law won!
On Monday, Bernie Madoff was sentenced to 150 years in prison for the biggest fraud scheme in history.
Madoff’s lawyers were trying to get a lighter sentence of about 7-10 years but the judge just wasn’t feeling the lenient sentence.
The 71-year old said that he now lives “in a tormented state now, knowing the pain and suffering I’ve created.”
District Judge Denny Chin issued the maximum sentence stating “Here the message must be sent that Mr. Madoff’s crimes were extraordinarily evil and that this kind of manipulation of the system is not just a bloodless crime that takes place on paper, but one instead that takes a staggering toll.”
Bernie addressed the court and his victims telling them that he was very sorry for his actions, but clearly those words meant nothing at this point.

Ruth Madoff even gave a statement saying that she was lied to by her husband and that she knew nothing of the fraud her husband was committing.
Ruth stated “I am embarrassed and ashamed,” she said. “Like everyone else, I feel betrayed and confused. The man who committed this horrible fraud is not the man whom I have known for all these years.”
not sure anyone actually believes that Ruth didn’t know swat about what was going on?
As part of the sentence, Bernie and his wife must sell their $7 million Manhattan apartment, an $11 million estate in Palm Beach, FL, and a $4 million home on Long Island. Other assets include a place in France, and a $2.2 million boat that the couple own.
Ruth is allowed to walk away with $2.5 million.
We doubt this is all Ruth will be left with.
