With a price tag ranging from $32 million to $22 million, Shaquille O’Neal has finally sold his  Miami ‘Star Island’ home.

According to the Luxist, Shaq’s mansion was purchased by non other than supermodel Naomi Campbell’s Russian billionaire boyfriend, Vladislav Doronin.

Mr. Doronin purchased the mans for $16,000,000!!!

That is just $2 milllion less than what Shaq and his wife payed for the place 5 short years ago!!! ouch!

The main house includes 8 bedrooms, an indoor basketball court, gym, steam room, sauna….the works! The property is 2.5 acres boasting a tennis court, six-car garage, boat dock, and a two-bedroom guest house.

If you remember, this was the place MTV featured on CRIBS just a few years ago.  It was reported by Shaq that Michael Jackson was interested in his property for awhile. Jackson placed several offers on the home, but Shaq decided to turn him down to continue to remodel and expand the property.

We have lost yet another tremendous star in this world!

After 3-years of battling a courageous fight against anal cancer, Farrah Fawcett has died at the age 0f 62.

It was reported early last week that Farrah was in the hospital again receiving treatment for her cancer that had spread to her liver.

According to her family, Farrah passed away yesterday (Thursday) at 9:28 a.m. PST at St. John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California. Longtime partner Ryan O’Neal was by her side, along with longtime friends Alana Stewart and Mela Murphy. Her doctor Lawrence Piro was also by her side.

After her death yesterday morning Ryan O’Neal released a statement to the public. Ryan said “She’s gone. She now belongs to the ages. She’s now with her mother and sister and her God. I loved her with all my heart. I will miss her so very, very much.”

Ryan said that Farrah was in and out of consciousness, but that she knew her friends were beside her during her final moments.

Though O’Neal and Fawcett were planning to wed in the near future as soon as Farrah was better, the couple did not get to exchange their vows after all. Farrah was much too sick to go through with the plans.

Her son, Redmond O’Neal was not not present during her passing. Redmond is still currently in jail serving a term after repeated drug offenses.

O’Neal did say that she was given her last rites of the Catholic Church, and the family plans to have a Catholic ceremony in the next few days.

Just about 2-years ago, Farrah announced that she was cancer free, primarily due to her cancer treatment she received in Germany. Several months after that, Farrah was given the bad news that her cancer had returned and began to metastasize to her liver.

We know Farrah has peace now in her afterlife.

we cannot believe Michael Jackson is gone!

As you know, the internets are going crazy over news about Michael’s death and the autopsy that is taking place today (Friday) in Los Angeles.

Now some new reports are surfacing that Michael Jackson had been given a Demoeral shot that was “too much” and that’s what caused his death.

A close member of the Jackson family told TMZ that Michael had been receiving a daily injection of a synthetic narcotic similar to morphine called Demerol, and yesterday (Thursday) he received his last shot at 11:30A.M.

Michael’s brother, Jermaine Jackson, held a press conference outside of the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles yesterday to release a family statement.

Jermaine stated:

My brother, the legendary king of pop Michael Jackson, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 2:26 p.m. It is believed he suffered cardiac arrest in his home. However, the cause of his death is unknown until results of the autopsy are done.

His personal physician, who was with him at the time, attempted to resuscitate my brother. As did the paramedics who transmitted him to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Upon arriving at the hospital at approximately 1:14 p.m., a team of doctors including emergency physicians and cardiologists, attempted to resuscitate him for a period of more than one hour and they were unsuccessful.

From what we know right now, Michael was not alone in his Holmby Hills home at his time of death. Michael’s primary doctor who apparently has been taking care of the star around the clock was with him. The doctor is also presumed to be the one who performed CPR on Michael when paramedics arrived at the scene.

Others close to the Jackson family said the family has been concerned for awhile now about his health and the drugs he was taking (probably the Demerol and other such medicines).

Celebrities and fans across the world are sharing their support and emotion for the death of Michael Jackson, also sending heart felt messages to his family.

Although a toxicology report may not be available for several weeks, any tests that come back from the Coroner’s office will most likely be made public at some time in the near future.

We must now wait to hear what the autopsy reveals…
