It looks like Common isn't about to back down from the comments he made about Drake on his The Dreamer, The Believer cut "Sweet". After Drake shot back at him over the weekend at a concert in Vegas, Com went on Sway In The Morning yesterday to confirm that his verse on "Sweet" is in fact about Drake and other artists in his "category". Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub is trying to block the release of a sex tape that her former “boyfriend” is trying to sell.
Today in Passaic County Superior Court, Staub filed a complaint alleging that Stephen Zalewski, who also appeared on the reality show, invaded her privacy and has caused her and her young daughters emotional distress.

Her ex-boy toy Stephen told Star magazine,, “I’m definitely weighing my options as far as selling [the tapes] and getting them out there … She cost me so much money, why shouldn’t I make a few dollars?”
HA! ohhhh damn. she’s royally screwed.
According to a TMZ update, a judge has granted a temporary injunction against the release of the tape. The order could become permanent at a hearing next month.

when will these politicians ever learn?
Governor of South Carolina Mark Sanford has admitted to an extramarital affair he has been having with a woman from Argentina.
Just a few days ago it was reported that Sanford was missing from his usual weekly schedule. His office told anyone that called that Mr. Sanford was in Argentina hiking.
That of course was a lie.
A call was even placed to his wife who told a reporter that she did not know exactly where he was but that maybe he left after Father’s Day to get away.
Well, Gov. Sanford held a press conference today and confirmed that he has been jetting back and forth to Argentina for over a year now to hook up with a woman that is not his wife
Sanford has decided to resign as the chairman of the Republican Governors Association but did not resign as Governor of South Carolina.
John Edwards, now this guy.
what a shame yet again.

looks like things haven’t worked out in her favor!
As we reported earlier, Real Housewife of Orange County, Jeana Keough was in some serious financial trouble over several of her So. Cali homes. Jeana was attempting to settle a loan modification to save her homes from foreclosure, and luckily was able to do so in a promptly manor!
Ms. Keough took to her newspaper to thank all those financial savvy people that helped her through her rough times, and were so helpful to save her homes!
But, Ms. Keough has now realized that it is in her best interest to sell her massive mansion because money is real tight right about now. Only problem is the house which was previously worth $6.5 million is now only worth $5 million!
ouchh!!!! that is gonna hurt!
So the approximately 8,000 sq. ft. monster is now on the market with an asking price of $5,500,000. Listing info reveal that the house has 7 bedrooms including two master suites, 6 baths, gourmet kitchen, yada yada yada….
not sure if we will ever hear the real truth about her financial troubles because Ms. Jeana is opting out of the next season of the show.
Sounds like some contract issues may have been all the problem!

Joan Rivers is not only an awesome business woman, she is quite the real estate honcho too!!!
Joan Rivers has put her Milford, CT home on the market for $6,500,000.
The home is spread over 5,730 sq. ft with 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. Ms. River’s home also features a swimming pool, pool house, caretaker’s cottage, barn/garage, pond. Oh and the house sits on 75 acres!!!
Miss Rivers purchased her country house in December of 2000 for $1,438,400. According to her February 2003 interview with Architectural Digest the existing house on the property was “the uglist house she’d ever seen. It looked like a Denny’s.” So it was fit for the queen to do a complete makeover on the property. Boy has she done some good work here!!

According to reports it is rumored that Jay-Z is the father of a 7-year old boy.
and no, it isn’t Beyonce’s child.
According to the source, back in 2001 before Beyonce came into the scene, Jay-Z dated a Trinidian model, Shanelle Scott, 28.
During their relationship the couple conceived a child together and apparently Jay had been trying very hard to put great distance between him and this woman and child.
According to Nowmagazine, Jay has privately admitted to a paternity test and the test proves positive that the child is his. The magazine further alleges Beyonce is accepting of the child.
After the paternity test proved that he was in deed the father, Jay purchased Scott and her son a $2.5 million home in Trinidad.
There has not been any confirmation as to the validity of this rumor nor, has Jay Z released any statements.
WHAT!! is this bogus, or do you think this is legit???
we’re really wondering how Jay-Z himself could ever hide such a secret for so many years!!! just doesn’t sound correct.

ohhh no!!!
Ed McMahon has passed away at the age of 86.
He passed away at the Ronald Reagon UCLA Medical Center in Cali Tuesday morning. McMahon was fighting a multitude of health problems, including cancer.
R.I.P. Ed!
we hope the repo man will be nice to his wife, seeing as though just last year they were in serious financial trouble with their Bev. Hills home!!

This just in!!
Jon and Kate Gosselin have just filed papers for divorce according to People.com.
According to reports, the divorce papers were filed Monday afternoon at the Bucks County Courtroom in Pennsylvania.
The two have been married for ten years, and as you know have 8 kids together.
Looks like Jon is heading for Trump Tower after all!!!
This is definitely going to be some “life changing decision” the couple is ready to release on Monday nights episode!

It looks like Chris Brown has copped a plea in his assault case against Rihanna.
According to early reports Brown will spend 180 days on probation in Virginia doing manual labor, and then will be on 5 years probation for felony assault. He also must enroll in domestic violence counseling.
180 days probation?? don’t you think that is a bit light?
Not sure if Rihanna ended up testifying in court because no cameras were allowed in.
We’re sure she is ready to put this bed, and make that punk pay!

In a new interview with Barbara Walters for “20/20″, Ryan O’Neal revealed that he asked his longtime companion Farrah Fawcett to marry him and “she agreed.” O’Neal says that they will tie the knot “as soon as she can say yes.”
As you probably know already, Farrah was diagnosed in 2006 with anal cancer which has now spread to her liver.
O’Neal said Farrah “is not doing well” and that he hopes to get their son Redmond O’Neal out of jail for a last minute visit with his mother.
With the news of the couples nuptuals comes news that Farrah has been hospitalized yet again. The new reports say that she is back in the hospital undergoing further treatment for her cancer.
We are all praying for a miracle Farrah!!
