It looks like Common isn't about to back down from the comments he made about Drake on his The Dreamer, The Believer cut "Sweet". After Drake shot back at him over the weekend at a concert in Vegas, Com went on Sway In The Morning yesterday to confirm that his verse on "Sweet" is in fact about Drake and other artists in his "category". According to the Realestalker, it looks like Cher has again decided to take her massive digs off the open market.
If you remember, in September of 2008, Cher listed her Malibu mans at a price of $45,000,000. The Italian Renaissance style house boasts 6 bedrooms, 7 bathroom, spreading across 14,000 sq. ft.
Although it has been reported that there was a buyer offering somewhere around $40,000,000 for the place, Cher decided the price chop just wasn’t up her alley.
Let’s see if the property hits the market again soon….

According to reports, Barry Manilow is selling his Malibu home for a reported $10,600,000.
The house is approx. 3,546 sq. feet, including 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Mr. Manilow purchased the home in 2002 for $3,850,000.
Quite the appreciation don’t ya think???

Usher recently sat down with Entertainment Tonight to discuss his music, his two boys, ohh and his divorce.
Usher had this to say about his split from wifey Tameka Raymond Foster:
“I’d hate for them to assume that. If there’s any turmoil I think it’s managing all of it, but having an incredible team that helps me do that it makes it very easy, or easier than it would normally be attempting to do it myself.”
Yeah, we take that as a “moving on” statement.
Usher said that he is focused on his new album which is in production in Las Vegas, and being with his two boys when he jets home on the weekends.

Say it isn’t so!
In court papers filed last week, Kelis stated that she is broke and needs Nas to support her and their unborn child.
According to the documents, Kelis is asking that Nas pony up $20,000 to pay her expenses for their son who is due next month.
How is it that a recording artist like Kelis is all of the sudden broke?
Well lets see here….
Kelis revealed that she has only been making $21,616 a month since November and can barely cover such monthly expenses as a $14,861 mortgage and maintenance on homes in Los Angeles and New York.
$15,000 for your mortgage!?!? and your only making $21,000 a month???
It gets better…Kelis also reports monthly expenses such as entertainment, gifts, and vacations valued at $15,000 per month. She is also estimating that her monthly bills for a nanny, support staff, and baby supplies at around $3,500 per month.
The court filings note that the two have separate bank accounts, adding that Nas has substantial income from the sales of records and songs for film soundtracks.
We think Nas should help out for their unborn son, but almost $80,000 a month for a lavish lifestyle only he can afford???
Let’s see how we can be any more unreasonable Kelis.

According to one of singer Drake’s groupies, the man just isn’t packin’ the heat.
The source wrote into Blogxilla and said the following:
I had a night with Drake not too long ago in Rhode Island and he was
NOT packing ladies. I swear to you. Unless we have two different
meanings of packing. He is sweet. But his dick game is not on point.

Hard to believe that someone would actually publish this information but still add that he is “sweet” and “he is nice though”.

We previously reported that it was confirmed that Kanye West and his model gf Amber Rose were no longer a couple.
Those rumors are apparently not true because Kanye was spotted this past weekend at a boutique in Chicago, purchasing lots of chic women’s vintage clothing and accessories.
When Kanye was asked who all the clothes were for Kanye responded, “You know who this is for! She’ll be rocking it in Paris, Watch!”.
There you have it….from Kanye himself.
Kanye and Amber were even spotted on the set of Drake’s “Best I Ever Had” video shoot Sunday according to Honey Mag’s twitter updates when Amber was reportedly seen bringing Kanye food on the set.
this could actually be ‘Nye’s ride or die chick after all…

Looks like it wasn’t all just rumors.
As reported earlier it was flowing all over the internets that Usher might be filing for divorce from his wife Tameka Raymond Foster.
It has now been confirmed by Usher’s peeps that he has filed divorce papers.
According to his reps Usher is recording his latest album titled Monster in Las Vegas, while Tameka is still living at the couples Atlanta home.
