It looks like Common isn't about to back down from the comments he made about Drake on his The Dreamer, The Believer cut "Sweet". After Drake shot back at him over the weekend at a concert in Vegas, Com went on Sway In The Morning yesterday to confirm that his verse on "Sweet" is in fact about Drake and other artists in his "category". Although 50 Cent might think he is on his game all the time, he really just isn’t.
You have probably already heard the recent news surrounding 50 Cents Farmington, CT home in which in early June he filed a lawsuit against the engineering firm that initially inspected the home before he purchased the estate in 2003 from Mike Tyson’s ex-wife.
But why exactly did 50 file suit against his inspection company?
Might this have anything to do with someones home sitting on the market for 2 full years? hmmm…

People.com is reporting that R&B singer Usher is planning to file for divorce from his wife of nearly two years Tameka Foster Raymond. Although no papers have been filed yet, sources tell the mag that Usher plans to do so some time next week. The couple have two children together.
Rumors have been swirling that Usher has been recently seeing another woman. The woman was later identified as Island Def Jam staffer Grace Miguel who works with one of Usher’s artists.
Usher has also been MIA from ATL because he is currently recording his next album in Las Vegas. Usher’s next piece is set for release in October.
We wonder if this will help boost pre-cd release hype?

Now we know why Stephen Baldwin joined the case of I’m a Celebrity..Get Me Out of Here.
Looks like Mr. Baldwin is in the rear on several payments for his Rockland County, NY home and is in the need of some serious cash!
The Associated Press leaked the news of Stephen and his wife behind in payments to the tune of $824,000.
$824,000!? How does that possibly happen?
Sad fact is that the couple only paid $515,000 for the home in 1997.
Unless repayments are restructured, the Baldwin home is set to hit the auction block on June 24.
That means: Baldwin must survive in the jungle till the end.

It has been confirmed that Heidi Montag will be gracing the September issue of Playboy magazine.
A source did reveal that the photos are “tasteful” and there there is nudity.
Looks like the I‘m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here paycheck wasn’t that great.
Spencer Pratt sure must be proud of his wifey. He did say he’s had a prescription of Playboy since he was about 15.

So it looks like there is a new replacement for the genius couple that is Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt.
Heidi Montag’s sister from The Hills, Holly Montag has been added to ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here’.
What a replacement….
And Holly introduced herself as being from Colorado and “working” on the show The Hills.
Holly looks like a fairly tough chick. Just don’t dramatize 3 separate exits.

Looks like a Real Housewife of the O.C. is in some ‘real’ estate trouble!
Jeana Keough, star on Bravo’s hit tv-show The Real Housewives of Orange County, is seeking to avoid foreclosure on several of her southern Cali homes.
According to reports, Keough is trying to save all 4 of her homes which she has defaulted to pay for a $1.3 million mortgage she made in 2003. Keough says that she currently owes $37, 538 in unpaid bills, while also in the rear of $3,732 from the homeowner’s association in her neighborhood, Coto de Caza.
This news also comes at the brink of a new statement by Keough stating that she will not be planning to return for another season of The Real Housewives of The O.C.
Ms. Keough did announce however that she is working on loan modifications on all four homes which is why all four properties are going into default.
Here at blogstodiefor.com, we do remember that several years back in real estate news, Ms. Keough discussed purchasing several homes in the O.C. area as ‘investment properties’. The three other homes that she purchased (aside from her main residence in Coto de Caza) were purchased as investment properties, which would later be given to each of her three children. Currently renters are living in each of the three homes which Jeana is attempting to save.
Doesn’t sound like Ms. Keough is investing her dollars well in southern Cali. The show portrays Jeana as quite the lavish honcho.
We wonder if Vickie will be taking anymore real estate advise from her dear friend?

Rumor on the street is that Hip-Hop singer Nivea is pregnant with rapper Lil Wayne’s child.
Allegations of the pregnancy came from Atlanta’s paparazzi FreddyO who claims the rumors are in fact true.
Now you may remember that Nivea was previously married to Hip-Hop producer and artist The Dream.
We didn’t realize that Nivea and The Dream also have three children together. Looks like the ‘dream life’ wasn’t in the books because the couple divorced last year.
Not sure yet if Lil Wayne and Nivea are actually a “couple” because Lil Wayne has been rumored to have knocked-up model/actress Lauren London also.
lil wayne is getting down to some serious business.
