looks like the whopping price tag of $45 million didn’t mesh well with others.

You might remember that back in August of 2008, Cher listed her behemoth home in Malibu on the market for $45 million.

After 9 months on the market and no takers, Cher decided to take her place off the open market.

Well looks like the listing has come up again at a slightly reduced price.

Cher’s place is back on the market for $41 million.

Cher’s abode boasts 6 bedrooms, 7 baths, infinity edge swimming pool, tennis court, guest house and the works.
