It looks like Common isn't about to back down from the comments he made about Drake on his The Dreamer, The Believer cut "Sweet". After Drake shot back at him over the weekend at a concert in Vegas, Com went on Sway In The Morning yesterday to confirm that his verse on "Sweet" is in fact about Drake and other artists in his "category". Radio listeners in Cleveland got a nice surprise yesterday when a new track from Kid Cudi and Kanye West premiered over the air. “Erase Me” is the new head banging tune from the G.O.O.D. music artists.
Hopefully this will be featured on Cudi’s LP Man On The Moon 2: The Legend of Mr. Rager.
Looking forward to hearing more productions from Mr. Cudi.

LLoyd recently spoke with Rap-Up about the advice he gave to his friend Chris Brown shortly before he performed his Michael Jackson tribute at the BET awards.
LLoyd apparently told Chris to “really show his heart to the world”…meaning the man should cry during his live performance.
“He’s back with a vengeance…I think they’re gonna find a place in their heart for him again…I told him man, you gotta get up there. You gotta CRY, you gotta really show your heart to the world”, Lloyd told the website.
Well, Chris surely listened to his dear friend, because for about 2 minutes the singer balled on stage. Not sure the advice should have been taken seriously.

According to Wooha, the massive gold chain that Kanye West wore during his performance Sunday night at the 2010 BET Awards, was designed by Jacob The Jeweler.
Jacob designed the custom-made link chain depicting the Egyptian god Horus, as well as a four-finger pyramid ring. Both the chain and ring are reportedly made of 24k yellow gold.
Price tag for this new neck piece? A mere $300,000.

Reports have been popping up all over the internets about the secret divorce between Tiger Woods and his wife Elin. Sources close to the situation are now stating that in fact the couple is quietly divorcing, and that Mrs. Woods will be receiving a serious payday.
New reports say that Tiger is offering Elin $750 million, in order to keep quiet about their divorce or his affairs in public. Elin has some pretty smart lawyers because they believe Tiger is worth over $1 billion, much more than previously valued.
Tiger better get ready to sign his life away…or at least a pretty hefty portion of his empire.

This week Kim hit up a club in Saint John’s, Canada for a live performance. Kim performed several of her popular hits, including Magic Stick and Lighters Up.

Drake is now being featured on several planes Virgin America will be flying in the U.S. and Canada. On the inaugural flight to Toronto, Canada, Drizzy joined Virgin founder Sir Richard Branson, San Francisco Major Gavin Newson, and Governor Arnold Schwazernegger.

Hits Daily Double has been tallying up the album sales for Eminem‘s Recovery album, and it looks like Slim Shady has sold well over 750,000 copies.
Soundscan is putting that figure at 741,000 copies, but the real value will probably end up somewhere in between once all the numbers are crunched.
That’s some big opening week figures….
