A few years back Toni Braxton and her family moved to Las Vegas so that the Grammy artist could perform 6-nights a week at the Flamingo Hotel. Braxton began her Vegas series only to then reveal that she was experiencing heart problems.
Braxton later canceled her gig at the Flamingo and decamped from Vegas leaving her Henderson, NV home empty. Now the home she purchased in 2007 with her husband Keri (now separated) is in foreclosure.
Braxton purchased this 5,337 square-foot home in the gated community of Seven Hills for $2.6 million in ’07 . The home is currently listed as “bank owned” with a price of $1,150,000.
Built in 2002 the home features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, casita, swimming pool, a 3-car garage and views of the surrounding desert.
Not a bad looking house…too bad Vegas has the highest foreclosures and bankruptcy filings in the country.
