B.o.B. lit up the stage last night at the Bowery Ballroom. During his set, he brought out T.I. and 2 Chainz to perform “Spend It (Remix)”. Not sure anyone has seen this performed before, so this may be a first.
Glasses Malone will be releasing his new mixtape Cold As Ice next month. Before the project drops, Malone serves us with his latest recording “Trap Star” featuring Ace Hood and Yung Fif.
Everyone’s been waiting to hear where Rihanna and Mary J. Blige’s new albums have made their splash on the album charts this week. Ri-Ri’s sixth studio album Talk That Talk enters the charts at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with 197,000 copies sold in its first week, according to Hits Daily Double. This project marks her sixth top 10 debut and second biggest week since LOUD opened with 207,000 last year.
Mary J. Blige proves she’s still a force to be reckoned with, seventeen years after releasing her breakthrough project, My Life. Blige’s new album My Life II…The Journey Continues (Act I) lands at No. 5 with 156,000 copies sold.
Michael Buble‘s Christmas album pushes Nickleback from the No. 1 spot with 227,000 copies sold in its first week. Drake still remains strong on the charts with his sophomore release Take Care. The LP falls 1-4, selling 173,000 copies in its second week. Yelawolf‘s Shady Records debut Radioactive came in at No. 27 on the charts with only 41,000 copies sold first week.

Although his new album Underrated has been pushed back to sometime in 2012, Bow Wow keeps the ball rolling with behind the scenes footage of his new video for “Sweat” featuring Lil Wayne. Although this isn’t one of our favorite songs, it may pick up some steam over the airwaves.
Ryan Leslie brings his solo efforts to the streets of Paris in his new video for “Beautiful Lie”. This is the first of ten videos that will complete the Les Is More visual album. Absolutely awesome tune and accompanying visual. Would you agree?
Not only did Kanye West and Jay-Z perform at this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, but so did Young Money rapstress Nicki Minaj. Minaj hit the runaway in a short pink wig and crazy colorful getup to perform her hit single “Super Bass”.
Last night, CBS aired the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show where Jay-Z and Kanye West performed for the packed audience. The Throne got the angels moving with “N*ggas In Paris”, which of course just about everyone knows by now. Later, Kanye went solo with “Stronger”, below.
Yo Gotti‘s studio album Live From The Kitchen won’t hit shelves until 2012, but here’s an offering off his mixtape dropping next month entitled “Colors” featuring Juelz Santana and Gucci Mane. Gucci actually got himself on a quality record.
