Note
It looks like Common isn't about to back down from the comments he made about Drake on his The Dreamer, The Believer cut "Sweet". After Drake shot back at him over the weekend at a concert in Vegas, Com went on Sway In The Morning yesterday to confirm that his verse on "Sweet" is in fact about Drake and other artists in his "category". Com says if he wants to battle, the game is on.

Lil Wayne told us before that he’s no pro when it comes to skateboarding, stating in a previous video that he falls all the time but he keeps on grinding. Weezy is currently out of commission for a minute after injuring his shoulder after a recent skating accident. Doc Weezy explains what happened:

“I kinda didn’t separate it — hopefully I didn’t separate my shoulder, but if it was separated I wouldn’t be able to move it. I probably strained a muscle. I don’t know the name of the muscle, my therapist told me the name of it — I’m not sure. We were thinking I probably sprained the muscle, which is like a slight tear, which will probably take a few days to heal. A few days and I’ll be back.”

Drake‘s got himself another platinum plaque! His Lil Wayne assisted track “The Motto” has sold one million digital copies, which will place the single at number 16 on the Billboard 100. Let’s keep the momentum going.

During his takeover on 106 & Park on Monday, Bow Wow debuted his new music video for “Sweat” featuring Lil Wayne. Shad sure makes some noise in that black bugatti. Although we’ve been waiting for this for awhile, enjoy the finished product.

Although no confirmed date has been announced, Underrated is still on its way.

Lil Wayne has been on his grind this week promoting his new clothing line, TRUKFIT. The other night he showed off the new line at Zumiez, before jetting off to NYC to show off all the goods. If you were wondering what life was really like for Lil Wayne behind bars at Rikers Island, Weezy is about to let it all out in an upcoming book. According to AP, Wayne has signed with Grand Central Publishing to release Gone Till November, which will showcase diary entries from his year stint in jail.

The memoir will be released November 28, so make sure it’s on your Christmas list for this year.

Less than two weeks away from the release of Tyga‘s new album Careless World, and we still don’t have a tracklist or link for pre-orders. Unbeknowst to many, his new album has been pushed back yet again for unknown reasons.

In related news, Tyga shares the album artwork for his new single with Lil Wayne “Faded”. Hopefully this new single and “Rack City” boost interest in the new LP. Wait for a new date.
